In this video I will explain what is the positive predictive value (PPV). PPV is the same as what we've calculating all along: the PROBILITY that someone WILL HAVE THE DISEASE IF THEY TEST POSITIVE. PVV equals (the number of true positives) divided by (the total number of the positives).
