In this video I will summarize all forms of power: real power, P=Real(S); complex power, S=P+jQ; apparent-power, S=|S|=(RMS-voltage)(RMS-current); power-factor=P/S; and reactive power, Q=Imaginary(S). P=actual power dissipated by R, Q=energy exchange between the source and the reactive elements of the load (L, C).
